SMT IV Boss Theme;
Reach Out to the Truth in Mayonaka Arena (The original is good too, but I like this version more);
And probably others, but mebe too lazy to remember stuff.

Honorable mentions would be Devil May Cry 4, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Etrian Odyssey 4.

Really pick any of the games from any of those three series and you'll find solid tracks.

Pff, Hotline Miami rules all OSTs. In fact, it's the reason most people buy it, and the reason people notice such a small indie game. Look up Sun Araw-Deep Cover. It's not my kind of thing, but it's so different and weird I stay in the house for a couple minutes to listen.

TF2 had some great music, although it didn't really appear in the game as such.

I can't pick a single favourite ost, but I really liked the Gratuitous Space Battle themes for each race.

And let us not forget Age of Mythology (maybe that's nostalgia though)

- Myst IV: Revelation (Except for the Serenia music, that gets pretty annoying.)
- Red Alert 2
- Crysis 1
- Most of the Terran music from Starcraft 2
- EVE Online has some pretty good music, although since I'm pretty new to it I've only heard a couple of ones in High-sec.
- Guild Wars 2's OST is mostly good from what I've heard so far. (There's something like 200-300 tracks for that game, it's ridiculous. :D)
