The Oompa-Loompa may speak the truth, it is entirely plausible that aliens came Earth and mucked about for a bit. We just think that that sounds crazy because our culture has glorified it and we are taught from a young age that aliens visiting Earth only happens in stories.

Shrooms > weed
  • They're free
  • They're not addicting
  • You do not suffer brain damage from them

I am on a brake from shrooms (and everything else) as I am in school right now and it sucks getting all fucked up before class, my friend show up drunk or high or both to every class and he plans to drop out of high school and live in a van with his freshmen girlfriend (no joke) so I take it from him to put drugs on a brake during school. But yes shrooms>weed especially when watching Doctor Who.

The fact that there is absolutely no evidence for those visits has no impact on your argument, I suppose?

Ok, present it to me, please. The only evidence I've ever seen were dubious interpretation of ancient religious texts/sculptures/monuments(where have I seen that before...?), and some occasional physical evidence that can be interpreted in a thousand more likely ways.

My view on aliens is that the Universe is too big for them to not exist, and even if taking into account intelligence, I still think there is one hell of a chance for them to exist. I, however, doubt they would even interest in coming to Earth, even with us here. Just think with me: These guys have thousands of years of extremely advanced technology. They must've been developing their technology for a couple millennia after their own Industrial Revolution now, we've been developing technology for less than 300 years. What would we have to offer for them? We'd be a small curiosity receiving a page or two in their school textbooks.

If they would be really that advanced, they wouldn't need something like 'schools'.

Eh, their information download pods, something equivalent to that. What I basically mean is that we wouldn't be much more than a side note in their knowledge.

Scientists are actually working on DNA based USB drives, they are much more efficient, it is possible that in the distant future we could just get USB ports installed in the base of our skulls and simply have knowledge installed in to our brains.

If aliens did visit Earth I feel that they would be visiting for our benefit and perhaps tying to prevent some shit from happening or attempting to preserve our DNA or some shit so our evolution wasn't a total waste

Yeah, because they'd come here in secret, from extremely far away, taking decades or centuries to come here, just to sample some of our DNA *in case* we end up shitting everything around us.
Seems legit.
