Thanks. By the way, the equation for capped territories is ([Current Territories/20]+1)rounded to nearest whole*multiplier, with a -2 penalty for overseas invasions. Multiplier reduces by 0.1 for every player, with a minimum multiplier of 0.1. If the number gained from the equation is <1, then it automatically rounds to one. Also, I plan on changing the territories in the island of Great Britain to Bristol, London, North England, Wales, West Scotland, and East Scotland. BTW, the Scottish islands are two seperate territories, each owned by Denmark.

But I'll let it slide this time.

OK, they are in a ceasefire and allowed to cross each others' territories. If either one of you want to cancel the ceasefire, just attack the other country you are ceasefired with.

As of Sat Feb 09, 2013 11:33 am GMT Sweden is finally destroyed. Have one moar update (based on the new cap formula):

As you can see, Great Britain DID actually destroy The Netherlands, and also they did that with such a precision that their attacks had exactly 0 overflows. ;)
Oh and I was correct about that Prussia didn't have those last two Swedish provinces, I just miscounted the second time xD
And thanks to Venator, Denmark and Prussia are now at war... (because Bigcheeco decided that all Prussian attacks against Sweden should overflow into Norway.) But on the other hand, all Prussia's caps are used up until midnight (in 11hours and 47 minutes) ;D

For the first, I can't see how changing "provinces" to "territories" make any difference.
For the second, the mathematical notation for rounding is brackets ("[" and "]"), and the mathematical notation for flooring is "⌊" and "⌋" while the notation for ceiling is "⌈" and "⌉".
For the third, I can't see how the term "expression" fits in here; the purpose of an expression is to represent a number and I think that the word you are looking for is "formula", because formulae are intended to return a number... a bit like a function, just without the "f(x) =" in the start

So what you would actually write is, almost as before, with minor mathematical corrections xD:
