"Better be being" is grammatically correct. Go search it up in a sentence checker.

On the small text part, it looked like it was part of the t. I agree I quoted it and I should have noticed but I just left it there because I was too lazy to change it and didn't know what it was and how it got there and when I clicked 'preview', the post looked absolutely fine.
