fraps and camtasia studio are great but they're both paid. if you have some money to spare it's definitely a good investment. i use them both and they're both great.

I myself do not make enough videos to warrant buying dxtory, but I think it can record 1080p. I know several youtubers who use it, and their audio/visual quality is always good.
