I have way over 666 posts, and recieved no badge.

You most likely received the modder badge around the time you should have gotten post demon. If you set your badge to default you will have post demon if your post count is over 666.

Probably around 90% of people having post demon as default badge are people who have nothing constructive or helpful to say most of the time but they go on and shitpost anyway.
