Hey everyone! The lounge seemed like the perfect place for me to post this topic, so here I go! As you probably would of known, Windows 8.1 makes your mouse lag In video games. This is the exact problem I am currently facing which is irritating me. I asked some people already on how to solve this, and they all sent me to the exact same website which is where Windows publicly announced that they made a new update. When I try to download the x64bit update, it says that "This update is not applicable on your computer". Please help me on how to download the update without having that notification appearing constantly.

Maybe This could help.
That website is describing the instructions after you download the Windows 8.1 update which is something I mentioned in my thread, it is not working on my computer.

If your cursor is taking a while to respond to gestures, get a new mouse or check that the cord, usb connector is plugged in properly.
If your cursor is moving slowly, turn your sensitivity up, in game or universal.

Solution: Don't use Windows 8. There are so many problems with it. Instead, boot up any Linux distro you feel comfortable with. I, personally, would recommend Ubuntu or Mint.

lie.

It's impossible to even launch it, not even using it as your main OS every day
+ no games.
