If you're not living in poor countries, like India, or China, fishing is just a waste of time

People do it because they enjoy it. To them it is not a waste of time. Open your mind and do not look at things based off of personal bias. Also, China isn't poor, lol. There are a lot of rural areas, but China is far from poor.

Well, I can enjoying while I playing computer games/walking in the streets/riding the bike etc, fishing is the most boring "having a fun" thing for me ever.

China is a rich country with a dirt-poor population. The discrepancy between the top 1% and bottom 1% there makes the US look like a utopia.
