What is Hearthstone?
Hearthstone is a free-to-play digital strategy card game that anyone can enjoy. Players choose one of nine epic Warcraft® heroes to play as, and then take turns playing cards from their customizable decks to cast potent spells, use heroic weapons or abilities, or summon powerful characters to crush their opponent.
It's fun and can be addicting (well i guess for me) Here's an example of the gameplay:

before you say, "holy shit it's a fucking card game why the hell is it suppose to be fun is this guy retarded or autistic" Just give it a try it's not that big of a download and as i said it's very addicting, fun and you can think logically by playing it

This was the first thing I read coming into the thread and I did a double-take. Didn't even realize it was in the OP.
I've seen my girlfriend play Hearthstone. It's not my kind of game, but at the same time, the only card games I really play are with regular 52-card decks.

Hearthstone! I never thought I'd be playing a CCG game online. It's pretty well done, and it's a lot of fun with friends.
