Call of Duty is one of the worst games "produced" (*cough*same engine for like 5 years*cough*)since long time.
It only consists out of spraying others with your "MLG2hitkillonanyrangeSMGz0r" without aiming snice there is almost no recoil.Its pure run n gun.But the worst thing is the community."MLG[420]{weed}(360)xXxqu1k5c0p3zZzxXx(360){weed}[420]MLG" ruin the last bit of "fun" this game can be.
This was my opinion of the pile of crap knows as CoD.

Meh, if it works, there's no reason to change it. For the price they expect you to pay (the latest 3 versions all cost more than most other new games), you'd expect something seriously good though.

My name is Conduit, and I love Call of Duty.
I'm turning 17 soon and I've been playing Call of duty since I was six.
I agree with most stereotypes, but I believe its harsh to assume to the whole Call of Duty community is nothing but 6-12 year olds swearing and claiming to have fucked your mothers. I've been with Cod since the start(mostly) and I will keep playing it. I understand that people hate Call of Duty due to its extreme popularity and proclaimed lack of graphics innovation. Now, before you call me a CoD Fag, I also play Battlefield and various RPG games such as Fallout. It makes no sense to compare CoD to BF for they both have different aspects and styles ( excuse Bf3's horrible Team Deathmatch spawn system :| ).
So, with the Cod Engine, I just think ' if it ain't broke, don't fix it '. Its like what Colt Firearms did, in a way; keeping the Revolver the same for 40 Years.
I don't play a game for graphics, and I still think Black Ops II is a pretty game. What other FPS games don't have is the great constant 60FPS. I'm not here to defend Call of Duty, I'm just trying to break the stereotype.
I will disagree with what you have said but I will defend YOUR opinion, to the death.

I like the game when I'm bored and just want to do some mindless killing(and dying). But yeah, I would never consider it a really competitive game. The community is shit too. I know it is not all 9-year-old kids, but they still do are a big part of it.

Call of Duty one and two were amazing for their time, and I have to argue that four revolutionized Online gaming on the console. Of course they started milking it by reproducing the same experience every game with a couple little changes for 'originality's sake'.... Haha.
