How is there no thread for Trieb??

It's a free, fast-paced FPS. If you haven't played it before, I highly recommend it.

I have an [AoS] clan on there, with a handful of people from the AoS community.

I played this fairly early in the beta but haven't played recently as I tend to only play games with friends and few of them have this.

It's changed a LOT since the beta, especially the closed beta. You should definitely give it another try.

I've tried it but I can barely move on this shitty laptop, even with the graphics down and such.

Played yesterday, it was fun.

It was never ruined, Impact Nitrons may have been nerfed but the real cappers (and not route-runners) stood out, creating their own set of explosive nitron routes.

Also, impacts have been buffed (back to normal) now, so there is no reason not to play! Energy-based sniper rifles are also getting a nerf, which will include falloff damage and more game-changing mechanics.

Tribes 2 is better it has mechs and flying cars and no cash shop !! Also tribes 2 is open source so anyone can modify and add stuff to the game

1. Tribes Ascend has Shrikes
2. The "cash shop" isn't much of a concern. The game isn't pay-to-win in the slightest sense.
3. Tribes 2 isn't open-source.
