Holly shit! I payed $10.00 for the game when it was on the humble bundle. Such an amazing multiplayer experience, I really can't believe it is free. Man we should really throw an event!

Multiplayer in PS3 is pretty shit after a while, seems to be the same on PC too, from what I've been told.

I'm glad I never got around to buying it on PC, nice stuff. thanks for posting
I bought it on 360 a few months ago, and it's pretty cool, but being able to play with only 24 players is a bummer on a lot of maps. it should also be a bit easier to play on PC, since I am not so good with controllers
I am really hoping they'll make BFBC2 free too, that is definitely my favorite Battlefield game, but it is pretty dead on xbox

P1000... sounds expensive to us (at least that's how much I pay monthly). It's about... 25 USD.
Poor country, expensive internet, but very slow.
BTW: It took me 1 week (without overnight downloads) to get my pirated BF3... which was about 13 GB.
I'll try this one. I'm really tired of playing with Russians and whatnot. (no really... they get annoying)
