If you want a Hexagonal game I recommend the Steel panthers series, which go from 1930-1946 for the WWII version and 1946-2020 for the Main battle tank version. Both versions are free but if you want added features you're gonna have to buy the CD.

Team Fortress Classic. Runs on a 2006 netbook at 200 FPS, literally.

Team Fortress won't even run on my 2006 rig. My solution, a 2d Team Fortress 2 parody called Gamg Garrison 2. It takes a lot of skill and teamwork. :3

Team Fortress 2 is a game built on the source engine and is a bit more demanding, a 2006 rig should still be able to run it though.
My '04 rig can run it (albeit slowly)

I can run the latter on medium settings with pretty good FPS, while I struggle to run the latter at low settings, hats disabled and a custom config to enhance FPS.Lemon wrote:Team Fortress won't even run on my 2006 rig. Emulate stuff. Some emulators don't require anything but a PC/monitor and can deliver some great stuff! (not telling you to get the ROMs, but thats.... there. Cough)
