Build and Shoot

I'd say about 90% of the time I join a server it's here stuck on map initializing or it'll start, let me select my team and then I'll get stuck on a screen like this:


Edit:I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this but if anyone has any idea why this is happening I'd be grateful.
