This is something I just posted on the new, official forums. I thought it would be useful to share this here as well.
I have yet to see a straight, side-by-side comparison between the classic AoS and the new AoS so I'll just start listing what I know so far and maybe the community can help me flesh it out. If anyone sees anything I've missed, feel free to post below.
The point of this thread isn't to start an argument about which is better, although I have no problem with civil and intelligent discussion. The point is rather to orient old AoS players on the differences in the new AoS and to serve as a base point for future discussions on game changes, future development possibilities and the game in general.

You forgot a lot of things, such as the fact that 0.75/0.76 does not have high system requirements, is free, servers are hosted by players, server-side modifications are possible, cheaters/griefers are multitudinous, and has hip-fire crosshairs.
Also, you cannot change the color of a block you place in 1.0, it is always the color of your team.

I wouldn't call that "feature" though. Cheaters are prevalent in any game of course. Good catch on the hip-fire thing. I believe I mentioned user-created maps, meaning to include mods but I'll clarify that and I'll add a few of these and a couple others that just occurred to me.

It's actually no hip-fire crosshairs for pistol, sniper and drill gun.
