Build and Shoot

This is probably the last post I'll be making on 1.0, because I am so done with it. I can't write a official review because I haven't played it enough because I just couldnt stand playing it any longer.

Lion's Thoughts on Classes
So, there are four classes as you probably know. There are the Commando, the Marksman, the Rocketeer, and the Miner. I don't think the classes are balanced at all. All of them have major weeknesses and some are overpowered. The commando's minigun is way overpowered. The marksman's sniper rifle is way underpowered, only having 9 rounds. That's right, 9. The rocketeer's rocket and SMG are way overpowered and the miner is way underpowered in terms of weaponry.
Lion's Thoughts on Gameplay
All I can say is destruction. It's everywhere. Every time you die, your gravestone blows up when the countdown is over. All the destruction tools are way overpowered. I don't like the gameplay at all.

Conclusion
If I were you, I woundn't buy 1.0. I personally hate it. It's boring, it has too much destruction, and the classes are either too overpowered or too underpowered. It's really complicated too. Just stick with the beta, it's WAY better. Trust me.

It also lets you suicide bomb enemy buildings. Well, if there are any buildings left after the first 30 seconds...

AoS .75 is simple, thats exactly why its good, its online FPS at its core with the destruction/construction twist.
All jagex heard/saw from the prototype was destruction
I agree with you, it was all shit, i regret buying it but i just needed to see where it was going

Although, Trashex did mention bringing a classic mode for AoS in the coming months so that may redeem themselves.
