Actually the FPS is a bug, even people with great hardware have been having trouble playing it (all 3 fps, but they can play high end games fine)e

I'm having the FPS lag as well and i fulfill all their requirments. I'm getting 15FPS. I have:

• Intel Pentium B950 @2.66GHz
• 4 GB DDR3 Ram
• Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Newest One).

This really Pi*** me off.

Don't use Intel's GPU's people.

On the prototype it runs Ace of Spades at the highest FPS which is 59 so Intel HD was good to a certain point...

Alright. I don't think you have the right specs. Go to the Ace of spades' Store.steampowered.com page, and find the Link that describes what specs you need. I was an idiot and I bought the game before checking the specs.

I DIDNT HAVE THE DAMN SPECS!!!!! You probably need the graphics card if your FPS is incredibly low. The right kind of graphics card for this game is like $220, lolol. Why would Jagex make a game that was already so great and lag-free, into a game that hardly anyone can play? Like, its not even fun. 0.75/0.76 was the kind of game that required Skill and precision. This is just to complex and 10-year-old-ish. Little kids get bored with 0.75/0.76 if they aren't any good at it. But with 1.0, its too easy. I've also noticed, if you don't have the graphics card but you can still play it, there will be stuff missing. When I first played it the characters were simply sillhoutes (did I spell that right?) that looked like glitched-up reflections of the ground. Ugh. Also, the bullets WEREN'T SHOWING UP WHEN I SHOT! xD! I COULDNT SEE THE SCOPE, OR MY GUN, OR ANYTHING!

So, you probably don't have the system requirements

I honestly want to tell Jagex to go fuck 'em selves. My FPS is at about 3 cause of the lag even if I can play stuff like SW:TOR fine.
