So apparently Jagex's servers are a fork of PySpades! I realize that many of you already know this, but many newer members don't.
EDIT: Jagex killed the thread...
You know what this means...
Coders, get out there and make some user-hosted servers for 1.0!

It basically said that the Jagex servers are actually just forks of PySpades, and that someone could modify PySnip to broadcast to the Jagex client, which means: user-hosted servers for 1.0, not just 0.x!
So even if Jagex won't give us the software, we essentially already have it.

No its just saying the Jagex AoS servers run off a fork of pyspades.

Anyways, really knowing this what we can do is modify PySnip (Fork of PySpades) to run 1.0 servers. (But as StackOverflow said, Why downgrade?)
