Why do they not see that all it takes is one twelve year old with a drill launcher to take it down? Sometimes, I question Jagex's logic. Plus, it doesn't seem to be large enough for building and strategic playing.

This image doesn't show the entire map, and there are giant support beams holding up the bridge. This map is very similar to the 99999 bridge maps that are being played even today.

Greifed in seconds, that's why you need responsible admin Jagex, that's why we should host servers.
It looks ok, small and lights make it look more Minecraft-ish but it'll get greifed quick

Why won't Jagex make vast maps?In their defence, the really huge maps in the current version tend to fall into two categories; the kind where most of the action is concentrated on two or three chokepoints, or the kind where you spend a lot of time wandering around aimlessly without seeing many other players unless you're the type to make an immediate beeline for the intel. The default map suffered from this really badly in earlier versions, and I think it still works better as a Territory Control map than CTF or Deathmatch mode even in 0.75.
