to warn us, the thread was made around a day before the migration(could be wrong). So that means players would know the reason for the downtime and not flip out.

so probably the different dates mean 24 hours is elapsed.

When we migrate, we lock the forums on the old server. the last post on the old server was Izzy stating we are in the process of moving. We then copied the forums and uploaded them to the new server. On the new server the forums arent locked. During the first 24 hours of the move there is a chance your browser might direct you to the old locked forums instead of the new unlocked forums, thus izzy's statement that if you can read this then you are good to go.
