Great to see that u have reinforced some rules but i'm just wondering but will u global mods be adding more staff to enforce these rules from being broken ?

There will be no need, imo. Besides the global mods, there's still the forum mods and forum admins, so, I think that should be enough. Plus, there would only be a few users who wouldn't follow some rules (hopefully), so they won't probably need to add more staff.
