Build and Shoot

So me an a few others were talking to someone who just opened up a new server. One of them brought up how he should make it a babel server. This gave me the thought of how hard it is to get on a babel server. Is it possible for someone (or some people) to make another babel server or two?

It is not hard, I am sure if you go on the minit IRC that they could tell you what to do.
