HELP!<WHAT DO I DO IN GeoLiteCity...I downloaded it so where I gonna place it

You place the .dat file in the data folder, which can be found in the feature_server folder. Just place it in and that's it.

It allows you to use the /from command which will tell you where a certain person is from.
