Server Status not updating?

My friend's server isn't being updated.The server always says 4/24 Players - Map: Hallway,when it's a different map and different amount of players.I've tried refreshing the page which doesn't help.It's been like this for a few weeks already.Even when the server is down,the BnS Server List says it's up with 4/24 Players - Map: Hallway.Any way to solve this problem?
