It appears that although I was capable of setting up an IRC channel linked to my PySnip server, and the admin notifications do pop up like they're supposed to. However, I can't seem to be able to manage the server from my channel (commandprefix is !; chatprefix is .). Do you guys know any errors that I may have encountered?

What exactly did you try?

Typing !help in the server's IRC channel doesn't return anything from the bot?

Yes, it literally does nothing except input it into the chat as '!help'
