Build and Shoot

I created this thread to ask for some help, because I don't have too many knowledge about computer stuffs. It's very difficult read all the post because I speak spanish, just a little bit of english, that's the reason why I apologize for my bad english.
I tried to create a server, and I can see it at the servers' list but when I want to join it appears an ERROR message saying "server conection failed" and i don't know why.
By the way, I already opened the port 32887 of my router, I'm using Pysnip and I turned off my Firewall, but i saw something i suppouse will not happens (stopping factory...) so i will pase the log of Pysnip:

Anyway, I was wondered if somebody could help me doing a step-by-step guide or something like that.
My objective is start a little server for 10 persons, and run it in my computer.

Nevermind, I already make it work, and I don't know how, just deleted everything and started from nothing!

Hello, I am also starting to create a server. Set it up and everything. but it won't let me enter my server from Open Spades. It also does not allow me to enter using any IP.
Could someone help me with that issue? Does anyone know about that?.
