Server is not hard to do, and i do not quite understand what it is AMD and MOD.

Start with "Port Forward" You're found 1000+ video "How to port forwarding?" (the default port is 32887).
Next to Download the server files from: https://code.google.com/p/pysnip/downloads/list [If you want you'd download .76 or .75 versions]
After unpacking, you know ...
Configure the server, but I think for the first time try to smooth out the server so that all works. (Spoil a lot of people here.)

Unfortunately, you can do the ping "repairing" by Internet package / provider change.
