LAN Help?

I can connect to localhost on the computer that I am hosting the server from but any other computers on the same network are not connecting to the same server.
Any help would be appreciated.

What is the local IP address of the computer that's hosting the server? It should start with 192.168...

And have you check to it isn't your firewall witch blocks the communication?
