JSON error when running PySnip.

Hi, Build and Shoot forums. I get this error when attempting to run the latest version of PySnip, using run.bat:

I'm stumped at what to do now. Could anyone give some insight here, please?

I upload the config from where you can download and solve the problem if I manage to get you to spend.
