Arena server

i have no idea how to make an arena server, i tried everything it would not work just blink and then nothing.. there is something more to it but i have idea what...
The map is an arena map.. but the server isnt which bring me to the problem of what i have to edit in the config in order to make it work
i would be very grateful if there was an example because i look all over the internet and there isnt even shit on how to make an arena server.. ctf is piece of cake but arena always confused me.
please help!
