Cannot connect to my own server. PICS

Hello! I have been trying to start a server so me and my sibling can play together on our own server, But whenever I try to test the server on the master list I get an error message stating I can't join the server. I can join localhost just fine buy my sibling can not however. I realize this topic has been beaten to death but I haven't found a fix yet. Every post or topic I see is either inconclusive or says something is wrong with the portforwarding. While that might be the likely problem I have yet to see how I screwed up so bad that something this simple is causing me so much trouble.
My router is a Motorola SBG6580. I have some pictures if it can help.

This is my server folder and command prompt

This is the error message I get when I try to open my server from the main list. Again it works with direct connect.

BnS Server trouble Static IP Screen.png
I created a Static IP address as told in a tutorial.

BnS Server trouble Portforward screen.png
This is my portforward screen. I have forwarded port "32887". I have enabled it for both TCP and UDP.

BnS Server trouble ipconfig Screen.png
This is ipconfig command prompt. It shows I have forwarded the correct IPv4 address.

I think I covered everything! I need to get some decent help. If I missed anything PLEASE TELL ME!
I hope I can get this resolved so other people having my problem can hopefully come across this post and see the solution.
Thanks Everyone! I hope I can get some help on this! Blue_BigSmile

if it says server connection failed it's usually a problem in port forwarding check your port forward again
bns is UDP(doesnt matter if you choose TCP/UDP option but make sure you dont choose TCP) and port 32887

if it is TCP/UDP then it would use BOTH the UDP and TCP hell-fire so no. If you and yoru family are on the same network then they could also use local-host connect to get to the server. Also, you could try hamachi but I haven't messed with it in a while:
