no one can cannect to my server, help!

hey guys i created a server but only the creator can join it, i have 2 computers and i created a server on both (as my experiment will tell) and only the computer that created a server can connect to it, i made sure its public (master: true,) but nothing helps!
if you guys have suggestions please help cause my internet speed it really really fast,
