how to fix this? also where I can download arena scripts?

Hove you forwarded you router's port 32887 to the computer hosting the server? That's the first thing to check.

Arena.py and all server scripts should be available here. Bear in mind that maps need to be set up specifically for arena mode otherwise they won't work.

I think what I have no reason for forward port, because my provider said what he isnt blocked ports, but yes I forwarded port.

This issue has been resolved in a recent version of PySnip: https://code.google.com/p/pysnip/

Download the latest version and it should work fine.

That's not a problem, that just means it's fetching the data from the global ban list.
