Look dude, servers cost money. No one is going to give you a $10 bill to a person they don't know which is basically what you are asking. Though I can show you how to make a server but like I said, they cost money. Why do you need a server anyway? if its just for shits and giggles then you could turn out just like jest servers. If its for a clan just use hamachi or a different VPN software.

If you'd like, I can teamview to your desktop and try to setup a local free server for you.
I can't promise it will work, as depending on your router and firewall settings it may not work, but then there is always hamachi.

Jestservers also has them for rent where you can manage a dedicated server remotely and it's all setup automatically, but it costs money, and you may enjoy having local access much more(and save some cash!).

JestServers are the worst possible choice for hosting a server, get a VPS in which you have more control and etc.
