THE VOTEKICK PROBLEM

Personally, I hate aloha votekick thresholds... 98% of the time, votekicks that should pass, fail. Votekicks are there so that players can fend for themselves in the event of a troublemaker and no admins are present. If you don't want people to vote you off, then don't piss them off... and certainly don't hack. I actually banned you from my server due to your annoying behavior on the irc and repeated instances of you hacking. I caught you cheating the other day, then you turned them off after I confronted you. The next day you denied it happened and demanded that someone 1v1 you in the irc. Then when someone finally caved, they videotaped you using first person spectate. They were convinced you were cheating, so I can't say I feel sorry for you. Though I can't personally prove you were cheating as I don't have that video, I'm plenty satisfied with leaving you banned. If you are getting votekicked off of servers, I'd assume that you deserve it. I hope you don't mind my frankness.

Wow. I can't see how Kiwi can hack. Plus, ninja, you were so hacking back at our "1v1" at your server. I can't expect shit like you to suddenly kill me with just a shot in the head from an SMG.

This "hack", how you call it is called topovl/pubovl and is an admin tool which can be used to spot hackers like you easier.
Also I don't think you got permantly votekicked from a server since you are banned on aloha and evaded a LOT on aloha servers.

aloha is set at 50%, by the way.

Just had another obvious hacker on aloha babel. i counted 7 votekick rounds initiated by myself, sarge and other randoms. Never did the votes get below 8 required (at least not to my knowledge). I eventually quit, but the hacker was still raping your server.

Evidence: IGN: Byktra or something like that
using analyze, i was watching each of his shots... he was spamming kill feed, analyze was showing ONLY headshots. I didn't see a single body or limb shot literally. Most of his shots were at the >100 blocks range. K/D ratio of >8.5. 63 kills per minute was one random stat I saw.

Anyway, I don't think 50% is absurdly high assuming that most of your players are English speaking/reading, but during the night when you have foreign players on who can't understand the votekick message, people just don't get banned from votekicks. I still think that a player who does not submit a vote should be considered a neutral vote instead of a vote in support of the hacker.
