Banned from German Spades

I got IP-banned for seven days on the server German Spades for doing nothing. I was capturing the intel with my friend, when i got kicked and banned. I don't know why and want to get an answer from the operators!

You got bannedbecause you used "no recoil".
I don't know, if it's right because I wasn't online at this time, but I think that my team members know how could be a hacker.

Sorry, but what do you mean with "no recoil"?
And i wasn't hacking at all, my ratio was not over 2.00, i was just capturing the intel when i got kicked.
