Banned for "mute" Evasion

I was playing on storm wind servers as I do every day
We came to the New Map question, we Unanimously decided on a WW2 map but the admin cheanged it to a random map (octopus 1.1) we the appealed this decision then the first 2 people were muted. and the eventually unmuted, then another and myself were muted by the same admin (Shaz) I then rage quitted and then feeling silly rejoined, then shaz said "enjoy your ban" and I was kicked I felt this was unfair because I was only asking for a better map. btw my ingame name is (Sturmovik =D)
I hope I'm not permed but. please rethink my ban.
