Banned from Assassin's Spade?

So, what I'm doing is I'm playing my favorite 3526392528%3A32887 server, and while playing, I am banned for aimbot. So, what happened was, I was shooting at some guy, missing around 1 - 2 times, then I shoot him in the head. There was 3 other people that killed me there aswell, but after killing the first guy. So, either the first guy or some other random guy(Hadn't been paying attention to playernames) votekicks me for aimbot. Apparently, everyone else in the server thinks I did too. Mostly people from the OTHER team. I hadn't checked my KDR or my accuracy, but I was doing my best I could do that game. So, I dont think this may be enough info, but could I be unbanned maybe possibly? ~Zoltan
