Stormwind Perm Ban

Two nights ago I was playing on stormwind, which is one of my more frequent servers. I have no idea what my accu or kd was, but I was doing well, but I had only been on for around 10 minutes at the time I was banned. I am assuming it was because 5 of my how ever many headshots I had, went to a player named RADON who liked to just run out in the open. I didn't even realize I had been banned, I thought my computer just crashed, like usual. But no, I go to play today and I am banned. I play on many servers and ANYONE who recognises my name will know that I have never, and would never hack. I don't much like to admit it but I'm too computer retarded to change my freaking gun textures without watching a youtube video first! Can someone from stormwind please help me? I know for a fact numerous stormwind players know me. This is bull. Please help?
