Sadly, they are right. You can't ask everybody in the world to sastify your own needs, so the best way is: try to make one yourself. Although it might be ugly as hell, don't hestitate! And there's plenty to learn about Slab6 and everything; Lenin said, "Firstly – to learn, secondly – to learn, thirdly – to learn." (Yeah, I'm a socialist) and someone said: "Practice makes perfect".

Just in time. Maybe I should start fixing my dumped halfway-finished Modding Guide posted around here somewhere.

Ah, you will have to wait for 3 months until I could give my final conclusion on "will I get my computer back or anything could use Slab6 or not" thing. Three months is quite long if you are an active person, enough time to get on Slab6's basics!
