Build and Shoot

can somebody do a simple iron sight for the shotgun (like the iron sights in ghost recon online, if you know how they look) cause i downloaded one but it's crappy, like the original one, but a lil' bit more :/ so i will be very thankfull if you could do that for me :D thx
