Hax's Precision Sight

Or whatever it is named. Originally from .uvs, added extra lines, removed viginette. Also disortion-proof.
And by mean disortion-proof, it should be looking perfect in-game. Just try it, really.
Right-click and save-as to download.
EDIT: Works best in 0.75, not so much in 0.76.
