Nope, that's a scope from one of Dimi's sniper rifles (SV-98? GOL Magnum? I don't quite remember :P )
I can support his claim that it's a kickass scope, I've been using it for months now.

I have a modified version actually, I added a small transparent red dot around the center because I couldn't see the reticle against dark sky/block colors.
