I doubt the black around is going to look good ingame. You should try to make it invisible instead, unless you're aiming for a "view through the barrel look".

Yea, I agree with TBS. You should have changed color, brightness stuff like this if you are editing a scope.
You just painted the outside black. Try to create your own scope next time .
